Yes. Every launch includes a dedicated handover phase designed to give you full control of your product and total confidence in what comes next.


What’s included in the handover phase?

After your product is built and launched, we provide:

    Live or recorded training sessions tailored to your team

    Walkthroughs of key systems (e.g. CMS, admin tools, analytics, deployments)

    Access handoff for all relevant tools, repos, hosting, and environments

    Clear, concise documentation covering features, workflows, and FAQs

    Support with setup for monitoring, backups, and ongoing maintenance if needed

Our goal is to make sure you’re not just handed a product—but that you know how to run it confidently.

You’ll walk away with a comprehensive pack including:

    Deployment guides

    CMS usage docs

    Admin panel training
