We get involved, and we stay involved
We’re not a supplier that lands, delivers and vanishes. Everyone here is client-facing, so you talk to the people doing the work. We’ll ask the awkward questions early, say so when something isn’t working, and keep saying it until it’s fixed. Plenty of people have been burned by a dev team before. We’d rather be the ones who fix that impression.

No account manager relaying messages. You talk to the people writing the code and drawing the screens, which means fewer rounds of telephone and faster answers.

Anyone can ship something that demos well. We care about the Monday after launch, when real people use it in ways nobody predicted, and about whoever has to maintain it after us.

Including when the honest answer costs us the work. That your current platform is fine, that the feature won’t pay for itself, or that we’re the wrong people for this one.

The interesting work is the work that hasn’t been done before. If someone has told you it’s impossible, we’d at least like to find out why.
