Start with the problem, not the model.
Some problems are solved by a pre-trained model you can configure in a week. Others need one trained on your own data, to spot a pattern across years of records nobody has time to read. We’ll work out which you’re looking at, and say so if the honest answer is neither. Pristine Condition is the version that worked: movement data read by a model, to help stop people hurting their backs at work.

Your data is probably spread across systems that don’t talk to each other, in formats nobody chose on purpose. We build the pipelines that collect it, tidy it and put it somewhere you can actually ask questions of. We’re a Databricks partner and work across AWS and Google Cloud, so this is well-trodden ground rather than a science project.

Pristine Condition’s app detects posture in 3D through an ordinary phone camera, with the model running on the phone itself. It checks lifting technique in real time, anywhere, even with no connection. We built it on TensorFlow, with a reporting hub showing managers who needs more training.

What does an AI consultancy do?
It works out where AI can genuinely save time or money, checks whether your data can support it, then helps you build it. We’re a UK AI consultancy that does all three, so the advice and the build come from the same team. To see where you stand, try our AI readiness scorecard.
Should we use ChatGPT or build something custom?
Usually you start with an existing model, set up on your own data. A custom model is worth it only when existing ones can’t do the job, as with Pristine Condition’s movement analysis. Our guide on when to buy, configure or build goes further.
Is our data ready for AI?
Often not yet, and that’s normal. We check where it lives, how complete it is and whether you’re allowed to use it, then build what’s needed to tidy it. That work usually decides whether the AI is any good. Read is your data ready for AI?
How do we stay compliant with UK GDPR?
We design around it from the start: what the model sees, where it’s processed and how long it’s kept. We’ll help you prepare a data protection impact assessment where you need one. This is general information, not legal advice.
How much does AI cost to run?
It depends on how much the model reads and writes. We estimate running costs before you commit and design to keep them predictable. Our guide to AI chatbot costs shows real prices in pounds.
What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
It will sometimes, so we plan for it. Where a mistake would matter, a person reviews the output before it goes anywhere. We measure accuracy on your real data and keep checking it after launch.
