Cannes, Paris Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week, Working Title's film premieres: from the first invitation to the moment a guest is welcomed at the door, Electragram looks after everything a guest sees. Invitations, replies, reminders and check-in go out by email, SMS and WhatsApp, for hosts including Founders Forum, Air Mail, Bamford, Daylesford and Trinny London.

A guest's partner, children, driver and PA linked to one record

Brief

Take over a platform mid-season, and make it feel effortless for guests and hosts.

At a high-end event the person invited is rarely the person who replies. A PA accepts for their principal, then asks for a car; a partner and children are added the week before. Electragram needed a team to take the platform over from a previous supplier, keep live events running without a hitch, and make all of that easy to track for hosts and invisible to guests.

Solution

One guest record, and messages that reach people where they already are.

We gave every guest one record across every event, with their PA, driver and family linked to it, so a host can see at a glance who is coming with whom and who is arranging it. Invitations and reminders go out by email, SMS and WhatsApp in the host's own name, replies take seconds, even on someone else's behalf, and the event team checks guests in at the door from their phones. Guests never download anything. Every step works from a message they have already opened.

An assistant that does the chasing, so the team can look after the guests.

Event teams spend their week chasing replies and tidying guest lists. The Electragram assistant drafts messages in the host's voice, answers questions from the event's own records, and updates the platform directly. An event agent, now in beta with Electragram's customers, nudges guests who have not replied, fixes guest data that disagrees and sends the host a weekly summary.

Outcome

Hosts spend their time on the guests, not the guest list.

Since we took the platform over in November 2025, it has kept running for Electragram's customers while we have added the guest record, WhatsApp messaging and the AI assistant on top.
