Person working with oversight

To deliver a great product on time, we need your input at the right moments—not constant availability. Think of us as your expert build partner—we’ll lead the process, but your guidance is key.

Here’s what we need from you at different stages:

During Discovery & Design

Your time and insight are most valuable here.

    Quick access to decision-makers
We’ll need clear direction when priorities or trade-offs come up—especially in workshops.

    Timely feedback
Fast turnarounds on wireframes, prototypes, and documentation help us keep momentum without delays.

Expect to be involved around 2 days per week during these stages, mostly through workshops, feedback sessions, and strategic reviews.

During Build & QA

This is where we take the lead—but we’ll still need you.

    Review progress and provide feedback
We’ll send updates, videos, or prototypes so you can spot-check features as they’re built.

    Answer questions quickly
If we hit a blocker, your swift input can prevent days of delay.

    Support testing (optional but helpful)
You’re welcome to test alongside us—especially if your team has specific workflows or devices we can’t access.

Time commitment here drops to about 1 day per week, depending on the complexity of your product.

At Launch

Final tweaks, approval, and confidence.

    Final UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
You’ll review the finished product and sign off on launch readiness.

    Launch strategy
We build the product but we need your help to launch it succesfuly.

    Old system Migration
We will need your support migrating old customers on to the new system smoothly and systematically without interupting your current workflows

Summary

To keep things on track, we ask for:

    Timely feedback and fast decisions

Active involvement during Discovery and Design

    Light-touch engagement during Build

    Collaborative process for Launch

With clear roles and expectations, we can deliver a brilliant product—without burning your time.
