What happens if I’m slow with feedback or decisions?

Calendar delay

We completely understand—running a business means priorities shift. But because our delivery model depends on fast feedback loops, delays in feedback or decision-making will slow progress and could impact your launch timeline.

Why timing matters

Our process is designed around momentum. Each stage—Discovery, Design, Build, and Launch—relies on decisions being made in sequence. When we’re waiting on key feedback, we can’t move forward effectively.

Examples of blockers include:

    Design approvals for key screens

Technical decisions or integrations that affect scope

We’ll always flag these moments early so you’re not caught off guard.

What happens if there’s a delay?

If feedback or approvals are delayed:

Timelines shift. Your estimated delivery date will be updated accordingly.

Milestones may move. Weekly and monthly check-ins will be rescheduled around your new availability.

Build momentum stalls. Our team may pause development to prevent waste or rework, especially if key inputs are missing.

We’ll never charge you unfairly for time lost due to internal bottlenecks, but the project itself will naturally take longer.

What to do if you're unsure about availability

If your team expects to be busy or unavailable for a few weeks:

It’s better to delay the project start rather than risk a stop-start build.

We can help you plan a timeline that aligns with internal events, holidays, or other commitments.

If availability drops mid-project, let us know—we may be able to temporarily adjust the pace.

You’re never locked in. We work around real life and real businesses.

Summary

Timely feedback keeps your project moving. If there are delays, we’ll flag them early and adjust the schedule—but to hit your ideal launch date, availability matters.

If you’re unsure about timing, let’s talk before we begin. A well-timed start beats a rushed one every time.
