What if I want to cancel midway through the project?

We understand that priorities can shift. If you need to cancel partway through the process, we’ll do everything we can to ensure the transition is smooth—and that you keep value from the work completed so far.

If you cancel after Discovery (but before Design begins)

You’re eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

You’ll also receive all the outputs from Discovery, including:

Strategic documentation

Feature prioritisation

Roadmap

Any technical plans or initial designs

Ownership of all materials

We want you to feel confident in moving forward—whether it’s with us or on your own.

If you cancel partway through the Build phase

At this stage, we’ve committed time, resources, and infrastructure to your project, so we don’t offer refunds.

However, you’ll still receive everything we’ve created up to that point, including:

All source code and assets

UI designs and prototypes

Infrastructure configuration (e.g. Terraform, AWS)

Documentation and internal notes

Technical instructions to support handover to another team

You can choose to continue independently, with another partner, or revisit the project later.
