Discovery: Fully collaborative. We define features, priorities, and the roadmap together.

Design (Build/Grow tiers): Includes structured feedback cycles and prototyping. You’ll review, test, and approve before build begins.

Build: We follow a “one-in, one-out” policy. If a new feature is requested mid-build, we’ll help you decide what can be trimmed or moved to post-launch to stay on schedule.

Post-Launch: You can continue evolving your product through one of our flexible support packages.
