Yes—when you build a product with Launchpad, you own 100% of the code and intellectual property (IP).

From day one, it’s yours. No lock-ins. No licence traps. No shared ownership. You’re free to use, update, scale, or hand over the product to a new team at any time.

What exactly does that mean?

When we say you own the code and IP, we mean: • You have full access to the source code • You control where it’s hosted and how it’s maintained • You can change or expand the product without needing us • You can license, sell, or repurpose the product however you like • You are not tied to any proprietary platforms or frameworks

This gives you true independence and protects your long-term strategy—whether you’re fundraising, switching teams, or building out internal capabilities.

Why we do it this way

Many agencies build products on their own internal systems, or use platforms that tie you in. That might work short-term, but it creates major problems when you want to grow, pivot, or move on.

Launchpad is different. We build everything custom, with full transparency, and you own the result completely.

It’s your product. Built for your business. Controlled by you.
