Payments built into products, from telco billing to marketplaces
Making it easy for customers to pay, and for businesses to know they have been paid

Who it's for

For products where the moment someone pays is the moment that matters most.

Whether it is a phone plan, a delivery, a health test or a monthly subscription, the payment is where a customer decides whether to trust a product. We have built payments into products across telecoms, a delivery marketplace, health and consumer apps, so that paying feels effortless for the customer and the business always knows exactly who has paid for what.

Brief

Taking the money is easy. Keeping everything in step afterwards is not.

Payment providers make the checkout simple. The hard part comes after: a card that fails on renewal, a confirmation that arrives twice or out of order, a subscription that no longer matches what the product thinks the customer has. Each one turns into a support ticket, a refund or a customer who loses access to something they paid for.

Solution

Payments built into the product, not bolted on.

For Ymobile, the UK's first data-led eSIM network, we wired Stripe payments into the billing system and fed payment data into its real-time analytics. For Ultra Goldfield Logistics, a delivery marketplace, customers pay when they book and drivers are matched to the job, through to photo proof of delivery. For Photo51, Shopify orders flow into a health platform that holds sensitive data, with every order processed exactly once however many times the confirmation arrives. And we have built in-app subscriptions on iOS and Android. Underneath all of them is the same discipline: the product's own record of who has paid is always reconciled against the payment provider's.

Outcome

Customers pay without thinking about it, and nobody chases payments by hand.

Customers get a checkout that just works, on the web or in an app. The business gets one reliable view of every payment, fewer support tickets and refunds, and the confidence to add new plans, products and markets without rebuilding how it takes money.
