ExecSecure, part of ETS Risk Management, provides secure ground transport for companies: vetted drivers and secure vehicles in 112 cities across 57 countries, coordinated around the clock. For the people in the back seat it should feel like any good car service. For the team behind it, every car, driver and journey has to be accounted for.

A journey may be several cars travelling together, with a lead and a follow car around the principal. If one drops off the map, the operations team needs to know at once, not when the driver next checks in. And before any journey starts, they need to know the driver is vetted and the vehicle has been checked.

We built iOS and Android apps for drivers that report each car's position continuously for the length of a journey, accurate to about three feet anywhere in the world, and an operations system that shows every car on a journey live and together, so the team sees the convoy as one. Drivers are onboarded in the app with licence uploads and training, journeys are assigned from the operations system, and vehicle checks are recorded before every job, with reminders so none is missed.

Passengers get a calm, on-time journey; the team behind them gets a live view of every car and a record that every driver and vehicle was ready before the wheels turned.
