After Discovery:

• You’ll receive a detailed summary of the plan and proposed build

• If you’re confident and want to continue, we invoice before the next phase begins

• If you're not happy and don't want to continue, we will fully refund you. No questions asked

• Payment is taken one phase at a time (e.g. Design, then Build, then Launch)

This gives you full visibility and flexibility before committing to each part of the journey.
