We keep our payment model flexible and fair—designed to protect your investment while giving you full control at each step of the journey.

Start with Discovery

Your first payment covers the Discovery Sprint—the phase where we define your goals, map out features, identify your users, and create a launch plan.

This is the only upfront commitment you make to get started.

Continue in stages—if you’re happy

After Discovery:

You’ll receive a detailed summary of the plan and proposed build

If you’re confident and want to continue, we invoice before the next phase begins

If you're not happy and don't want to continue, we will fully refund you. No questions asked

Payment is taken one phase at a time (e.g. Design, then Build, then Launch)

This gives you full visibility and flexibility before committing to each part of the journey.

What if you change your mind?

If you decide not to proceed after Discovery:

You can walk away with zero pressure

We’ll refund you in full, no strings attached

You’ll still walk away with valuable planning materials

We only move forward when you’re confident we’re the right partner.

Why pay in advance of each phase?

Paying ahead of each phase:

Locks in your build schedule and team allocation

Keeps projects streamlined and free from billing distractions

Prevents scope creep by aligning expectations before every milestone

We’ll never surprise you with last-minute invoices or changes in pricing.

Summary

You pay in advance of each phase. Discovery is paid upfront. If you continue, each stage is invoiced before it begins. And if you don’t move forward? You get a full refund after Discovery—no questions asked.
