You’ll receive daily asynchronous updates throughout the project. These short, focused messages keep you informed about:

• What we worked on today

• What’s coming next

• Any blockers, questions, or decisions needed

We’ll send updates via your preferred channel—email, Slack, WhatsApp, Notion, or another workspace if you have one. This ensures you’re never left guessing, even if you’re in back-to-back meetings.

Time commitment during each phase

We aim to use your time efficiently and only when we need your input or approval. Here's how your involvement typically looks across each stage:

Discovery (Weeks 1–2)

• Time needed: ~2 days per week

• Activities:

  • Vision alignment sessions

  • Feature planning workshops

  • Prioritisation and roadmap calls

• These sessions ensure we fully understand your goals before design or development begins.

Design & Prototype (if included in your package)

• Time needed: ~2 days per week

• Activities:

  • Reviewing wireframes and UI mockups

  • Providing feedback on prototypes

  • Finalising design direction

• Fast feedback here ensures a smooth and accurate build phase later.

🛠Build & QA

• Time needed: ~1 day per week

• Activities:

  • Weekly check-ins or Loom video reviews

  • Answering clarifying questions

  • Reviewing demos and feature progress

• Most decisions are minor and guided—we handle the heavy lifting unless your input is essential.
