Most likely. The bulk of our work is for five kinds of organisation: public bodies, design agencies, health and wellness brands, HR organisations and founders building their first product. If you’re outside those, what matters more is whether we’ve solved your kind of problem before.

The five we build for most

Each group has its own pressures, and we’ve shaped how we work around them. The industries page has the longer version of each.

Public bodies

The users are the public, the data is sensitive and the systems are often older than the team running them. Security and accessibility have to be right from the first day, not bolted on before go-live. We built a prototype planning tool for a UK defence body, inside strict security requirements, and the platform behind Everyone’s Invited’s 52,794 testimonies.

Design agencies

You own the client and the creative idea. You need a technical partner who builds what you designed, without flattening the detail that made it work. We work behind your brand rather than competing with you for the client. Ultra Goldfield Logistics shows the pace: branding, a customer portal and a driver app, working in three to four weeks. Health and wellness

People share personal information and rely on the product at moments when they have no patience for a clumsy interface. Trust comes first, then cleverness. Our lead example is Pristine Condition, whose AI movement check runs on an ordinary phone, offline. Around 150,000 warehouse staff now use it. More on health and wellness.

HR organisations

HR owns products that almost everyone in a company touches, and some of them carry the hardest conversation of someone’s working life. Vault gives employees a private way to report misconduct, and compliance teams the tools to act on it. We built and ran it, from the reporting app to encryption that stops even Vault reading reports. Diligent bought Vault in May 2025 and kept us on. More on HR.

Founders

You have an idea and a budget, and maybe no technical co-founder. You need a fixed price, plain English and someone who’s still there after launch. That’s what LaunchPad is for. We’re one of Envestors’ build partners. One founder they introduced came to us after an offshore build had stalled, and the first stage of the new build was working in twelve days. If you’re not on that list

You may still be a good fit. Most products are built from the same handful of hard parts, whatever the sector:

• Sensitive data that has to be protected and explained to someone asking questions.
• Old systems that can’t be switched off while the new one is built.
• Integrations with tools your team already depends on.
• Users in awkward places, like a warehouse floor or a car crossing a city.
• AI that does a real job, not AI for the sake of it.

If your product is mostly one of those, we’ve done it. ExecSecure needed to see every car on a secure journey, live, across 112 cities. Ymobile needed a data pipeline that could scale, and Sea Turtles Jamaica needed nest tracking. None of them fits a neat category.

When we’re the wrong fit

We’ll tell you if we are. If you need one small change to a working product, a good freelancer is cheaper.
